Very Good Product, February 7, 2012 By mrswilliams
I purchased this washer from another site, but I must say I am very pleased with the purchase. I seen a few people state that the hose leaks, but I found that if you tighten attachments with pliers, it will resolve the issue. I have no complaints and seem to be able to wash more than I had previously thought. I purchased the dryer as well, from this site, and also a great purchase. We are a family of four whom resides in an apartment so without washer hookups this seem to be the best choice, and now we do not have to share the common laundry unless I am washing comforters and such. You can wash a lot more when your washing children clothes or under garments, but I do not overload, which also makes drying half the time. Washer spin cycle spin clothes to the point they are just damp. The spin is excellent. The machine is very quiet. The bottom panel was easy to attach.

After reading some of these horror stories about this particular washer, mabey I should've gone with a Danby portable washer. The Danby washers are highly regarded for their dependability. I purchased this washer as a gift for a female friend, it hasn't arrived yet, so I'll be updating these comments shortly.

Here is my update for this washer....the biggest problem is getting the installation correct with the faucet connectors. The bottom plate was a breeze to install. Many people are complaining of a faulty washer because they aren't hooking it up correctly.
Here are some steps that may help
1.Find the correct washer that's going to sit in the connector being screwed directly on your sink. You can separate from the other piece, if its easier to do this way.
2.Hand tighten then turn your water on, the washer that doesn't leak is the correct one. The wrong washer will spurt water. Use a wrench after you've established the correct washer.
3.This is very important, attach the faucet connector to the peice you just screwed on your sink....the grey end of hose screws into faucet connector.
4.The white end of hose will go to your washer.
Noise problem solved by removing the bottom plate, February 4, 2012 By frank
When we first used this machine, the noise was so loud that we called for in-home service, then I googled the web and noticed one person mentioned his solution to remove the bottom plate, we did so and the large noise just went away. I am writing this review just in hope that anyone had same noise situation could have something to try out first. It worked for us.

Love this item, January 17, 2012 By William
I live in an RV hooks up wonderfully. No leaks after alomst a year of use full time. If you have small space then this is the item for you. Spin cycle gets cloths very dry. I am active duty military and live in a RV on post. I can do 3 ACU tops, or 4 ACU bottoms. about 10 t shirts and socks. Only minor problem with heavier items have to play with the balance. But for the size and the getting clothes clean, I am infantry so i crawl in the mid alot it cleans my clothes AWSOME.
